DWA is a flat organisation with a wide range of services and extensive knowledge. There is more than enough space to do your own thing and continue developing your skills. We are agile and flexible and therefore able to take decisions quickly. A ‘new’ idea can be implemented in a relatively short time.
Eloi Burdorf and Jaap Dijkgraaf
Jaap Dijkgraaf BSc joined DWA in 1996, was appointed Member of the Board in 2002 and has been Partner and General Manager since 2008.
Eloi Burdorf MSc joined DWA in 2000 and has held various positions. He was appointed Member of the Board in 2008.
DWA established an advisory board in 2014. Members of the Advisory Board are:
General (retired) P.J.M. (Peter) van Uhm and J. (Johan) van den Elzen MSc, former chairman of the board of Movares.
They advise DWA’s Executive Board and management team in the field of strategy, social developments and organisational issues.
